We want you to be happy with your jewellery. Unfortunately, things can occasionally go wrong so please read the policy below carefully.

• Bespoke and personalised items: Non‑returnable unless faulty.
• Non‑personalised made‑to‑order items: Eligible for returns. Customers must notify Ginima Ltd within 14 days of receiving the item, and return it within 14 days from notification of the return process.
Items must be unused and unworn, in the same condition that you received them, and returned with all the original packaging.
• For non‑faulty returns: Customers pay return postage and should use an insured, trackable service. If an uninsured return is lost, Ginima Ltd cannot issue a refund.
• For faulty items: Ginima Ltd will cover the cost of return using a process determined on a case‑by‑case basis.
Ginima Ltd covers duties on outbound shipments only. Customers are responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• Correct customs declarations (mark as “Returned Goods”)
• Any duties applied on re-entry into the UK
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any costs of return shipping incurred by Ginima Ltd will be deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
All items include a 6‑month warranty for manufacturing defects. Wear, tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered.
• Bespoke designs
• Personalised items (including initials, names, or custom sizes)
• Items showing signs of use, wear or damage.
The returns address will be provided upon request by email. Please do not send returns to the registered office.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
